    Default disable shake to undo PLEASE!

    Can someone please figure out how to do this? its literally driving me crazy lol. ill ssh in and manually do it if someone can tell me how.

    No settings to disable it currently. This is the only info I found:

    In iPhone OS 3.0, UIApplication allows you to set a applicationSupportsShakeToEdit flag. The documentation says "The default value is YES. Set the property to NO if you don’t want your application to display the Undo and Redo buttons when users shake the device."

    I hope we didn't give up in this - the iPhone 4g makes it worse, I'm assuming because it's more sensitive? Either way we need a disable for this please

    did everyone miss this post or something??? looks like it should work by changing the value to false...

    if not i imagine there is a very similiar string for it in OS4, is there nothing in the N82AP/N88AP prop lists???

    i'm not finding this UIapplication you're referring to - is it available in cydia? w/i what repo?

    and is it compatible with iOS 4.0.1? apparently a lot of the stuff in cydia hasnt yet been updated to be compatible with iPhone 4G

    If you can't get the name of the phone correct then I'd suggest you stay away from manually editing system files.
