Since the released of Firmware 3.0, the inability to connect to SSH using the USB cable with iPhone Tunnel Suite. To solve this issue, follow these simple steps:

1. Make sure you install OpenSSH via Cydia .
2. iTunes 8.2 installed.
3. Copy iTunesMobileDevice.dll from C:Program FilesCommon FilesAppleMobile Device Supportbin. Make a backup copy before you do anything.
4. Now go to C:Program FilesiPhone Tunnel Suite 2.7 BETAiTunnel and paste the file "iTunesMobileDevice.dll".
5. Done. You're able to SSH using USB.
