Hi there , i wanted to know if there is a way of changing the carrier sign to a Logo ?
i've seen on some website that people do that With the AT&T carrier or Vodafone one, but my problem is that my carrier is not listed under
/System/Library/Carrier Bundles
so i don't know wich folder to change or create so that the change might take aeffect on my phone
my carrier is "IR-TCI" ( next to the bars ... )

there are carrier logos available in our download section as well as in Cydia.
They are located in system/library/coreservices/springboard.app should you decide to SSH them into your phone.

Are you talking about MakeitMines from Cydia?
You can change the Carrier Logo or name. for example changing T-mobile to any name.

i already tried Installing T-MOBILE logo from Cydia , but it' didnt work , the phone still Displays IR-TCI next to the bars ...

PS : by the way there are many files on \System\...\SpringBoard\
Wich one do i need to replace with my two PNG File
Default carrier and Fso carrier

and as far as i know , MakeitMine only changes The displayed carrier name , but i want to replace it with a PNG Pic

FSO_Default_CARRIER_ATT.png (darker one)

There was no such file in the /System/Library/CoreServices/SpringBoard.app/ Directory , i renamed my files , added them anyway , Done a reboot , didn't work , i still have a IR-TCI next to the bars ...

get the files (fso and default) you want from the download section, then go to var/mobile/Library/Carrier Bundle.bundle, there you wil find the two (fso and default) pngs, just replace them with yur custom ones.

They changed the location of the carrier files, check this thread out.

Tried that , but it directed me to a UNKNOWN.BUNDLE Directory , and replacing the Files didn't work....

Yes , it redirected me to a folder named "UNKNOWN.BUNDLE" , there was a bunch of file there , "Carrier vodafone ... carrier omnitel" , had all of them replaced with my renamed two logo file , but it didn't work , the logo didin't change .

PS : should i edit the Carrier.plist and Info.plist file ?
