I installed the M68AP.plist & AppSupport files. Now I can fill in the correct mms settings in the settings.app. I get the camera icon in the messages.app. But when I try to send a MMS, it fails.
I don't have the MMS toggle in the settings.app.

wow. i don't know about you guys, but when i opened the messages app and saw that little camera icon, my heart skipped a beat! *tear*
but, we are not there yet. we still have to enable the mms settings in Settings > Messages.
btw, i got that last bit of info from iphoneapps.ru. it seems that a member of their forum, geniusian, the creator of that video, has gotten it to work though. hope to see a release soon! that way i can stop crashing my phone and start sending mms! i was hoping for some open source goodness (and free goodness), but i hear the delay in release is do to packaging and likely prepping for sale. but, i guess you can't be mad at a guy for wanted to be paid for his time and work.

MMS toggles
Any ideas how to enable MMS toggles on iPhone 2G?

Can someone provide Messages.plist from Preferences.app (iPhone 3G)
