Wait what are you guys talking about, all they have stated is that some guys where trying to get it from geomazo early, but it didn't happen, and also, pics should probably be posted today of the shutter open, just no video recording! from Nick.k

Hate to be the naysayer... but at this point, with no proof and an 83 long post page count, I doubt this is realistically gonna happen, I'm still hopefull, but it's been nothing but smoke and mirrors so far. I've seen no screenshots, proof or otherwise that invites me to believe any one is even close to a native video recording mod. I hope someone proves me wrong..

if this thing remotely works, it would be so easy to make a video for youtube like GeoHot did for 05.11.07 baseband unlock...

all these only allowing certain user, ridiculous pc app screenshots or whatever are useless and only serve to strengthen my believe that this is a hoax.

OK i know this isn't video recording but it relates to the 3GS/2G-3G camera app and unlocking the features. This video (and links in side bar on youtube which are modded) basically get you the animation of the auto/tap -focus 3gs feature on an iphone 3 (not sure about 2G might work) maybe ipodtouchballa who did this video may want to help us get video recording as he seems to know what he is doing with it ??
