My iPhone 3G is currently on 3.0.1 jailbroken (O2_UK) and tethering works, i am wondering if anyone could tell me if tethering is lost or stops working with O2_UK if i upgrade and jailbreak 3.1 on my iPhone 3G ? If its possible could someone post a link or attach the file or instructions on how to do this as i really want to upgrade to 3.1 because i want to see if i can get the video working like the 3gs (on the native camera app on 3g)

I think i told you in my guide how to move the files

just create link for the APPLE100 folder with the name of iphone video recorder default folder, you do not need any deamons and scripts to do it for you, the program will do it by itself

Thanks for your message, yes, it is correct I have been working on Unlocking Voice Control for iPhone 3G and 2G, I will be performing final tests on it Saturday this weekend, I will post a progress video of it working and showing it is a 3G handset. I will also be doing a LIVE Demonstration of it working on a 3G handset on Sunday 4th October 2009 at 9am GMT +12 hrs (Auckland, New Zealand time), I do not expect any delays for it to work.

@zero-limit your idea to make a symlink wouldn't work as the files are saved as the wrong file name, what the farming needs to do is rename the file for you too.
Good thought though
