Enable Video Recording on 2G/3G?

Ok I have the Video toggle install in SBsettings but none of the video is being saved in the Photo app, is there another step I need to do?

PS: install this on 3g phone

Anyone else have this remove the MMS icon for them? Even updatng to the latest AT&T ipcc (5.0) won't enable it again. What gives?

lol after install it made my appstore apps disappear, and when i go into photos it says viewing 33 of 450. after the 32 photo is a huge black block. when i click it i get "Video format not supported" using cycorder on 2g with 3.0. it seems as though every .MOV was moved to DCIM. including ringtones, alarmtones, and other iphone sounds.

Update: Here are some screenshots of my iPhone as I try the toggle, and what I see on my PC when I check the photo location.

After what i have heard, mms can't be used on AT&T at the moment..?

yes you can. and thats a really poor walkthrough. use one of the ones here on the site.

i isnatlled it succsefully, make sure u uninstall before updating the new vidoetoogle file, im on 3g, 3.0 and works perfectly

just noticed that my songs wont play through ipod.

Update: It seems that even after uninstall, songs will not play in ipod

im not having the ipod problem or any others on my 2g and i have the MMS hack that still works and i can send video, BUT.....when sending a video it only sends the audio...not the video lol.

also yxcoder doesnt work with the hack enabled.....the recorder just records the closed shutter display lol

Just tried out the new verision and its working 100% so far i just wish that it would show the time of the video and a image on Mov files not just the MPEG

i just tried the latest version - it was my first install. i have the toggle, and can record videos in iphone recorder 3g and cycorder; however, the videos do not show up in my photo album. my ipod still works as does my still camera for taking pictures.

I have tried recording video with toggle in the off position and then turning on; recording in the on position. and rebooting my phone, but i haven't been able to get my videos to show up in my camera roll to edit.

any suggestions?

Everything works great; is there a chance of controlling the shutter so you can take normal snapshots too - ie the toggle wouldn't even be necessary?
