Changing App Icons without jailbreaking phone?

Is there a way to do this? I have a jailbroken iphone and enjoy it. However, I'm sick of the reboots, and slow apps. So now I'm wanting to resort back to standard iPhone software...is there still a way to access the iPhone and change the icons? that's really the only thing I still want.
