help with iphonebrowser

it worked great but then i had to get a new iphone from warranty. i rejailbreaked it and whatnot and now when i start it with my iphone plugged in it says windows cant find a solution and quits. if i start it without the iphone plugged in it doesnt quit but once i plug it in it quits again.. is there any other way to get access to those files on windows cuz i want to put my old texts on it

you can always restore the phone through DFU mode.

try a different usb port or perhaps a bad usb itself.

yea its not a usb thing it works in itunse. ive been reading and its something to do cuz i downloaded the new itunes when it told me to and apparently it fucks it up.
