Before you type the commands type

    su root
It will ask for your password. (It's alpine unless you changed it)

Then you can type those commands.

Default chmod: Operation not permitted (Need terminal help)

So I'm installing an app that's not on Cydia and I don't have a wi-fi router so I'm using DiskAid. The App guide asks me to run the following commands in Terminal:

    chmod -R 0755 /Applications/Transformer.app
    chmod +s /Applications/Transformer.app/Transformer

Each of these commands give me a "Operation not permitted error" and I'd like to know how to fix this.

    Screenies:

First Screenie: Terminal startup...seems a little strange to me it didn't use to do this

    2nd: First command (-R 0755)

    3rd: Second command (+s)

I'm not sure what I'm doing at all to tell the truth. I have no experience with Terminal that doesn't involve ".gettorrent/"...please help =[
