    Default Themes Downloaded via Mac

    I am a newbie and i noticed how there are themes avaiable on spring board on cydia and there are some on the web. How do i get the themes from the website to my iphone. I downloaded the zip files but i how do i go about putting the themes on to my phone? What kind of software do i need in order to do it? Please help!!!
