What is your problem? My phone wouldn't hold cookies for a while. Running the permissions fix in SBSettings fixed this.

When I was using 2.2 I had the same issue and I fixed it. Here is what I did exactly

1. Go into Cydia and d/l iCommander
2. Open iCommander
3. Go to var/mobile/Library/Cookies
4. Touch the Blue arrow and change the perrmissions to 777
5. Go to var/mobile/Library/Cookies/Cookies.plist
6. Touch the blue arrow and change permissions to 666
7. That's all folks and not one more issue
