If I understand what your asking then summerboard 2.0 is what you need. you can have a seperate wallpaper and lockbackground as well as your battery screen

yeah I have summerboard 2, so I guess my ? should be what are the background files for the lock screen and the desktop or where can I find a list of the file locations.
