Winterboard Issue

I'm on t-mobie and I do have signal. I downloaded winterboard and some themes off Cydia(updated), and I have noticed I can't recieve any phone calls or text messages, however, I can send them and call. My friends told me that they have been calling and texting me all day and I haven't received any calls, missed calls, or any of the messages.

When I deleted winterboard, I got the voicemails and text messages (delayed of course) Any solutions as to what I should do besides not install winterboard, I want to be able to change the theme and what not. Thanks

but have u installed anything else recently?

Yeh. But I'm pretty sure it's winterboard since once deleted it, I got calls and txts. I restarted and resprung my phone. How can I get around this
