Ok I have a carrier logo that goes over the time on my status bar so I used make it mine to make it where no time displays. But I have another carrier logo as the default carrier logo (the one that shows up when you run an application). Is there anyway I can get the time to display on the default carrier logo and not the FSO?

the time in the status bar is always behind everything else

if the carrier logo is long enough to cover the time then all you can do is move the clock over

use right clock in cydia
