    Default AddressBookImages.sqlitedb

This is the deal, i had backed up AddressBook.sqlitedb and AddressBookImages.sqlitedb from 1.1.4 firmware... (i did not use itunes to make a back up) ... but when i'd restore the files in the firmware 2.2.1, the iphone didn't recognize them. Apple may change the structure off the files... so. How can i get back in the images (and contacts) from my older files from 1.1.4 to 2.2.1? thanx.

I think it should work. Delete them, open Contacts to create new (empty) ones, then close Contacts and replace the new ones with your backups (i.e. don't delete them first, but overwrite them while they are still there).
Windows tool to edit .plist, .strings and .nib files: pledit.
Or use a website that will convert the binary form to a readable format.
On iPhone you can convert those files in a terminal with plutil (installed with Erica Utilities from Cydia), or edit them with iFile (from Cydia).
