Replace iTunes App color?

Hi everyone, I've an iPhone2G jailbrek'ed, would like to change the look of iTunes's App icon color such as from color to B&W which download from iTunes. I know who to use winterboard to replace the original icon but what I really want is get the original icon through WinScp to modify them. Can someone tell me where are they locate or tell me the path, I did try but can't find it and did try something looks like (copy it(x.png) to windows but can't open it so can not sure is it the right one. Please some one help!!!

Also you can Use DiskAid that way be quicker and easier.
