Custom Carrier Logo

I have tried every method to do this. The only one that works for me is Make It Mine, but I want to be able to do cool fonts and what not. Does this still work for 2.2.1? Or does it even work with At&t? My carrier logo (the original one) says AT&T it's not a picture it is just letters. Please help me!

yeah but even if I get a winterboard theme one from cydia it still doesn't work when I apply it
