Custom sound for Metal Gear Dialer

I want the sound from the codec from metal gear solid. The one when you open the codec and start dialing a frequency. I want it to sound everytime I click on a number.

Again if any of you guys played the game it's the sound it makes when you dial a frequency. (Not the one it makes when you get caught)

I'll find the sound I just wanted to know how to achieve this since I'm not good with writing codes or what not.

I also wanted to change that orange bar at the top to green. Orange kils the flow. Yadadamean?
