Localization (newbie)

Hey'

i just want to make some language support for several not supported languages.

all i found in google or here in forum is the files i need to edit the keyboard (but i have no idea how)

all i want it to be able to send\recieve sms and to surf internet (read and write) in custom language

can anyone give me some tips/guides/books/soft etc....

what language you are talking about?
you going to need to make a custom font supporting your language
about the keyboard,you can make it in ikeyex but right now it don't work
in fw 3.0
