Access to company WIFI

Hi, i'm using 1.1.3 (still) and i need your help.

i want to connect to my company WIFI network but the problem is it doesn't use password authentication... The WIFI network recognises my user name (on the laptop for example) and my domain, and if i'm in the "allowed wifi user" list, it lets me connect.

Is there a way to connect my iphone to such wifi network?

not trying to hick jack your thread, but i have a similar question, and theres no need for another thread
i also want to find a way to easyly connect to wifi at work, it is a non secured network, but you need to log in everytime you want to use the internet, is there anyway to "make" a cookie that safari remembers and keeps me logged in at all times?
