For a while now myself and a few others have been working on creating a better Bluetooth support for the iPhone.
Although we have had our ups and downs, we are finally pulling though.
And come new years we release our first app. Even though it does not yet have a GUI, and must be run though MobileTerminal, the greatly shows how far we have gone compared to others in the past!
Our first release, which you can pick up from
HERE, is a simple stumbler. And, following the recent trend, has been dubbed BlueSn0w.
This app scans the immediate area for 10 seconds to find all possible discoverable Bluetooth devices and lists each of their MAC addresses.
The app itself is only a bin file run though MobileTerminal, but the file needed and an easy to follow, fool proof ReadMe are both packaged within the .zip file available to download above.
Although this app is just a teaser, it shows we are working hard and well on the way to creating the Ultimate iPhone Bluetooth App.
HAPPY NEW YEARS AND LET THERE BE BlueSn0w!
