Date naming for images.

Motorola's and others save by date and time which let you just drag and drop.. no worry of overwrites or need to sift though after a delete or flash f/w on the phone to prevent overwrite of wanted photos. yadi yadi ik we all get that, and I have found ways to change naming, but not to sync with date and time etc. Hell even the date date would be fine and i could archive by year manually.

Is appending a number to a name all we can do?.. [depressing moan]
