MotionX GPS track locations?

I have the MotionX GPS lite version which allows you to track a journey (eg bike ride) and then email it to yourself which is then plotted to google maps, but I'm wondering if I could ssh into the phone and transfer the gpx file which would be better for me.

Using the iphonebrowser, I managed to find a gpx file (a well used filetype for gps recorded routes) but it seems to be an example route, and I cannot find my saved route.

Does anyone have MotionX GPS and know what I'm talking about?!!

Within the app (GPS.app), browse to the /Documents/tr/ folder. Within that folder, there are three folders: lo, md, and ph. The md folder seems to store the track name, but the actual tracks are stored in the lo folder. The problem is that I don't know how to decode that file.
