Cutsom 2.1 firmware..?

Hey, is there anything for Windows Vista that I could make my own custom 2.1 firmware? Can anybody help please?

Only thing that will do it is Winpwn....and that hasnt been updated for the newer firmware.

I'm watching tutorials about it. But one thing is not sure. I'm trying to make my own firmware with a new language inside. Do you think it is possible? There are thousands of Mongolians using iPhone, but many of them are not really getting most out of it. I want them to have Mongolian Language in their iPhone? is that possible?

Im sure its possible....as there are several different language packs already for the phone.....but it would have to be made and I have no idea how to do that.

oh well i kinda give up... i really don't know how to do that. I've searched everywhere. Can't find what I want. I don't even think people have tried, except for DevTeam lol. I don't even know them. Yeah, how I should thank them anyways? they're like iPhone Heros
