Changing font size of Ipod part

Hello Everybody,
I use my iphone 3G most of the time in car ;and I don't know if I need glasses , but the song displayed, Album name, and all information on the musicPlayer are very small! So,...
Following some threads showing that you can change font size into XML files, I Wonder if there is similar process for the music Player part.
