Turn off the silent/ringer switch?

is there anyway to turn it off?? mine is stuck in silent (i took apart my phone to paint it and when i put it back together the switch and the internal switch were in two different postions so if i move the swith it doesnt do anything.. so im stuck in silent mode.. any way to fix this?

1.1.3 ziphone unlock and jailbreak... ignore my signature this is for a different iphone.. thanx!
