Create different signatures for different accounts using autocorrect?

Create different signatures for different accounts using autocorrect?

Is it possible to edit the autocorrect dictionary? One of the things I would love to be able to do would be to create an entry for "XZY" or something else that is an unlikely key combination, and have it replace it with a signature for an email account. This way I could easily add my signature to my work email, while leaving the signature out of my personal/gmail account.

Could this work?
