How do you convert img3 to png?

I would like to convert some of the img3 files from FW 2.2 into png files, but I don't know how to, and Google didn't help. Can anybody tell me how to do this?

Here you go, Extract these files into a folder where you want to work. put all the files you want to convert into the png folder, then back out of the folder and open the iPhoneFixPng.exe file and click convert. you should see progress and all the converted files will end up in your fixed folder.
Don't worry about the other exe and dll files. they are there to make the program work.
