cannot find plist location for the Mai/Calendarl settings

Settings - Mail, Contacts, Calendars (on a iPhone 3G firmware 2.2)

There seems to be 3 different configuration applications whose settings are stored in /System/Library/Preferences/AccountSettings.bundle.

In that directory we have multiple subdirectories.. ConctactSettings.Bundle which contains a file Contacts.plist which lists the contact specific options (Sort Order, Display Order, Import SMS Contacts).

I figure settings for the calendar should be in MobileCallSettings.bundle but there's no plist file that lists those options (new invitation alerts and time zone support).. and I figure the mail settings should be in MobileMailSettings.bundle but again, no appropraite plist file is there.
There's DataAccessSettings.bundle which seems to be the menu you get when setting up an account.. but I'm really looking for a way to modify the rest of that configuration page (including a way to remove the "Add Account" menu).

I've had quite some success in modding most of the settings pages and remove the items I don't want listed but I'm stuck here.

I've been trying to figure this out as well. Has anybody found this? I've used ifile to access nearly every directory but nothing. Thank you

if you go to settings>mail, contacts, calendars... at the bottom, there are a few rows, calendar alerts and time zone support. i've searched every .plist i can think of and can't find the rows to delete. i'm trynig to remove the new invitation alerts and time zone support rows. thanks.
