Is this the end of file mods & total control of our devices?
What is happening to BSD & SSH? It looks like 2.2fw Jailbreakng method may eliminate them. I do not agree with the reason put forward for it.
See this
Pusher: Your 2.2 jailbreak

This is just a way for novice users to have installer and appstore without voiding the warrantee. The only reason bsd and ssh are not on 2.2 is because they use the system partition and the only method to jailbreak 2.2 right now disables access to it. It isnt the same as pwning, so no its not the end

Semi Quoting yours truly from another forum; I stongly believe there is a salient power tussle going on within the community, and in my opinion Kate, Intelliscreen, Installer and Cydia are involved.
The security point is valid, but there exists a way to toggle it on and off as required. This is a not so clever idea and I predict 'headache' as SSH has saved me from restoring countless of times.

Really not impressed with this software. Maybe if this came out earlier it would be cool but there is a lot of other tools out there that surpass this one.
