File Modding...Newbie needs Help!

First iPhone, first jailbreak. I read alot threads for mods that require adding, removing or making changes to files or locations. How do you get to these files to mod them? I jailbroke using QuikPwn 21-1.

Any help would be fantastic.

you have to have openssh downloaded from cydia and WINSCP on your PC just search around, but that is a very touchy thing. you can brick your iphone if you change the wrong thing.
