Change Double Tap App from PC?

Hey MMi, I'm new here, and I wanted to ask a question... Well, my father keeps on locking me out of my 3G on purpose, and I need to change my double tap app so I can get back on and save my stuff and delete my email's without restoring... Would it be possible if I can hook it up to my PC and use a Windows App to change it? If anyone can make it I will be forever thankful to them! =D
