Non clickable webclips, or free placement of icons?

I'm asking many hard questions these days, not getting many ansvers thoug

I would like to know if it is possible to edit the springboard to do ether of these things:

A: Shut of the reaction when you press a weblicp, so you can have blanc webclips but not getting a webpage opened every minute.

b: Do so the springboard dosent re-place the icons when you move one, so you can place the icons werever you want on the homescreen.

It hafto be posssible :P!

Not that I've seen unfortunately...I did quite a bit of research on "blank icons" and finally came to the conclusion that neither of the above is possible ATM. I'm currently just using the blank webclips and trying not to touch them.

Make the permissions of /var/mobile/Library/WebClips to 700

In terminal:

su

alpine

chmod -R 700 /var/mobile/Library/WebClips
