Mod Wrong Password Screen

Hello,
I am slightly a noob at iphone but I have been using OSX since it was released (and Apple IIE was my first mac), and I need some help.
I don't really like the If Found app and no other app does what I want it to do. I have heard that you can mod just about anything.
So here goes. I would like to be able to mod the Wrong password screen so that it includes my personal information with a reward statement.
That way I can keep my own wallpaper AND I get my information out there to someone that has found my phone.
What do you guys think about this?
Anybody know how to do it? I can make the graphic but I really don't know what format it is in and it would be nice to get the graphic and adapt it instead of trying to reproduce it.
At any rate, if you can post how I can do this, or maybe the question is IF I can do this.
I would REALLY appreciate it!
