Need Help Changing ipa APP. Icons????????

I cant seem to find the folders of ipa apps. i want to change some icons but cant find them. I also want to add some avi videos to my vlc4iphone but cant seem to find that folder either. I found a folder called videos in var/mobile/media. is this the vlc folder called videos though? any help would be great thanks..

I don't know if this helps but in my phone the app folders are all

located in this folder...

/var/mobile/Library/MobileFinder/Applications
