i have launcher installed i installed it from the installer.app program

is there also a ilauncher program? if there are two apps can you show me a link to both..

iLauncher is indeed another launcher style app, it operates quite differently than the other Launcher apps. It only shows apps with a "l_icon.png" in their folder. So hide all your apps by putting them in the 'special' section in DisplayOrder.plist and put iLauncher somewhere on your homescreen. Then for every app you want to see in iLauncher simply copy their icon.png as l_icon.png.
