Edit keyboard '.com' button

I've got an iPhone 3G, jailbroken and skinned (love this community and macthemes').

My Safari-keyboard has got the ".com" button, with alternate choices ".edu; .org and .nl". ".nl" stands for Netherlands, but I live in Belgium, bought my iPhone here too. Therefore, I would like to edit the alternate choices. Is this possible?

Sorry I can't answer your question but you may be able to anwser one for me.

Is your Belgian 3G iphone unlocked? I believe that's how they come.

If so I'll fly over to Brussels on my way to Amsterdam and buy one from Mobistar. Can I just walk in a store and get one?
