Horizontal keyboard in SMS and Mail
Has anyone attempted to modify the SMS app or Mail to allow horizontal keyboards? In most cases the horizontal keyboard is just a flag in the program to enable it.

Nope. Thousands of people haven't already asked for it. People haven't been crying about it since June 29, 2007. You are the first.

08-22-2008, 07:50 AM #3I understand this. Hell I mentioned it when we met with some people from Apple's iPhone development team. I was only wondering if anyone had tried to do something about it themselves. I guess I'll look into it more.

Third party apps have done it like mobile chat and smsd but nobody has done it to the default apple apps.
