A Quick Way to Delete 500+ Unwanted Files (Cyberduck)
Have a bit of a problem, I was coping over 500+ nes games into the folder but i was not really paying attention, watching TV. Now they are scathed throughout the disk folder, with the important blue folders (eg. system, library) around them.
Does anybody know a way to select, say a bunch of 50 files so i can delete them all at once (cant do select all as it picks up the blue folders as well)
Started doing them 1 by 1 but it is going to take a long time and don't have the patience.
Any insight to this would be much appreciated.
Cheers,

well, on windows its holding shift, then selecting an item and then selecting a second item then releasing shift. this will select all items between the first and the second item.
on mac it's either control+click, alt+click or command+click, you gotta try that out.Last edited by BlackWolf; 08-17-2008 at 04:43 AM.

Cheers BW & EZ, both got close,Thanks for the point in the right direction. After a bit of trail and error it works with select first file, shift+click on 2nd & will highlight all in between, you both saved me a lot of time if I could buy you a few beers I would but thanks given instead.
