Hi,
As the title states, if anyone knows a way to fix this problem i would love to hear a how too, and i bet there are alot more users out there who would appreciate it aswell.
Maybe if i ask BigBoss nicely.. he may make an app like; phone # to name as on 1.1.1.
Pleeaassee BigBoss!
Cheers,
Nick.

yes there is a fix
although I returned back to 1.1.2 when I had 1.1.3 this worked for me
http://users.skynet.be/ra045246/
you will need
1>PhoneNumber Dynamic Library
2>Phone Number Templates
readme file for more details
if your country is not listed on the Phone Number Templates then you will need to add it by decomposing the country 's number formats

Hey, unfortunately it doesn't work for me!
I did everything according to manual, and everything went smooth, except it still doesn't recognize IDs properly.
I live in Serbia, and I think entries for Serbia in PhoneNumberTemplates.txt file might be wrong, but I am not sure what they mean to be able 'correct' them:
// Serbia [rs]
rs 381 99 !0
+ + + + ## ######;#######
+ + + - - ####
Usual phone formats here are:
+381641234567
or
0641234567
OR maybe it is something completey else...
Can anyone help with this? Thanks!!!
EDIT:
OK, I fixed this. It works now! In case someone actually needs it, in file PhoneNumberTemplates.txt
proper text for Serbia should be:
// Serbia [cs]
cs 381 99 !0 ## ######;#######
+ + + - - ####Last edited by radisic; 02-14-2008 at 05:31 PM. Reason: Problem fixed!

Just in case any one is interested, this is the format for Egypt
// Egypt [eg]
eg 20 00 !0
+ + + + ## ######;#######
+ + + - - ####
Thanks all for your support

Hi
I have contacted the people at iClarified who released the AppSupport Patch (1.1.3) package and they asked for the correct entry for Egypt to add it on their next update, though I don't know exactly when they will release it
I'm still waiting for a reply for the expected update of the package and i guess it would be a good idea for people who have updated the file to work on their iPhones to e-mail them the correct entry for their countries .
Good luck all

Anyone tried on 1.1.4?
-
03-03-2008, 04:05 PM #16
Can anyone give me the format for Belize
Country code 501
Numbers are usually displayed as +05011234567 or +5011234567
In firmware 1.1.1 i used 7 digits and it worked perfectly since it only reads the first 7 digits which would be reading 1234567. I would want to get this option back again.
Thanks in advance
