Hack to disable the SMS popup?

Hi

Is there a way to disable the SMS popup without using an App like Kate, PYSL, iBlacklist and without setting the Passlock?

Something like the "ShowCallForwarding - Hack", e.g. to edit the file /var/root/Library/Preferences/com.apple.carrier.plist would be nice

you can try to set it off in the passlock section and turn off the passlock after that - don't know if that works, but you can try. if it doesn't I don't think there is any .plist-hack for that.

But there must be a way, since it's possible with Kate, iBlacklist or PYSL.

yeah well but I think those programs are replacing the Springboard.app, don't see another way to be honest. but maybe I'm wrong ...
