i want to edit the language of the iphone and i want to edit the 1.1.3 "plist" file but the file is binary how i can open the files??

You want to open a plist? Use windows wordpad. Assuming you run windows.

you can download Erica's Utilities, which will include a file called "plutil" which it'll put in /var/root/bin, this converts the .plist files into an editable format. or, there are several web-based programs online that will convert the binary .plists into xml format, do a google search and you'll find a few
