Hey,

I just sat down comparing my friends iPhone 3G and my own 1G/2G. My display is a lot more "blue" /almost magenta than his which is much warmer and nicer to look at. Whites in menus are definitely more white than mine.

I know that Apple changed this on purpose, but as is runs X, is is possible to edit a color profile somewhere like you would on your Mac?

I would really like to make mine a bit warmer.

I believe this is actually an hardware-related issue, not a software one.
but it might still be possible to slightly adjust your screen, I don't know. but you will never get the results you get on a 3G iphone.
