Which tools modifying firmware should I use to modify to follow what I want to have in iPhone?

you can't really "modify the firmware". you can jailbreak your device using PwnageTool (or WinPwn) and then change system files, but that's about it I'd say

Seriously, you need to provide a little more info if you really expect people to help.Dirty as I wanna be!

Sorry, I provided too less information previously. So, What I'm going to do is what I would resize partition sizing, add some programs,or something looking like Ghost file based on Windows after restoring firmware instead of installing every program again?

You need to jailbreak your phone and then you can SSH into it and change system files but I wouldn't go trying to rewrite the whole thing. You just might mess up your phone beyond repair.Dirty as I wanna be!

well, I don't use it but I think I recall it can change the boot logo as well ... don't know about partition size, but you don't really need that anyway

At the moment, the WinPwn 220.127.116.11 has been released already and also it can make what I would like to get in term of resizing system partition. Excellent! BUT still using FW 1.1.4 now. I'm making up my mind to upgrade. any suggestions?

why not update? 2.0.1 is pretty stable as far as I can tell, it supports the appStore and the most important jailbreak-apps are ported already.

What is different between FW 2.0 and FW 2.0.1? and Should we be moving on 2.0.1?

well, 2.0.1 "only" contains bugfixes, but i found that it runs much much faster and more stable than 2.0, so I would advise to upgrade.

So,I have upgraded to FW 2.0 already.Then,I'm gonna upgrade the mentioned version in the near future. Are there any problems with Winterboard program? I got some issues as the following link.
Note: Blackwolf ->

Yer I am up to FW 2.0.1 so far. It is much better and faster than previous version. Have you used Winterboard app so that the theme is changed by whatever you need to change? If so, do you know how to add or change fading apple loaders?
Thank you for your recommendation.
