Weather icon gone

I followed this instruction [Summerboard] Weather icon won't change - Hackint0sh
to get my weather icon to change
Cause i'm a noob i just found the file on winscp and right clicked and did edit. I then found "SBIconClass" and added the word icon to the end. It didn't change the icon it disappeared. I probably screwed something up pretty bad from not knowing what i was doing lol. Anyone know how i can fix it?

Try changing it back to what it was.

if you messed around without converting it first it's simply broken. take this one, it should work (original from my weather app) - you have to rename it to Info.plist and then re-upload.

If you want to edit most .plist files on your iphone you need to convert them:
Convert Apple Property list from binary to text XML

i renamed your file and tried to re upload to the iphone but instead of replacing the old info.plist it made another one called info.plist.txt

yeah well, you have to tell windows to show file extensions.
windows explorer -> tools -> folder options -> view tab -> deselect "hide file extensions for known file types"

blackwolf i think your strategy would have worked everything went ok but your info.plist what firmware is it from ? also i have an iphone 3g with 2.0 firmware and i compared the different info.plist 's and the one you uploaded was double the size of my previous one so i think with your strategy and the right plist it will work
