i was wondering if it is any way to change the minimum of 1000 smses on 1.1.2 to like 75000 messages as on 1.1.3 . is this possible or just too far fetched. superhackers pls look into it. some of us just text too much...

There is probably a setting somewhere in com.apple.SMS(or whatever it's called. I'll look at it later.

Hmm, I've been poking around a little (a lot) in the MobileSMS application and the preferences and I haven't found any reference to 1,000 or 75,000. I'll post again if I find anything.

I can be done quite easily if you just modify a trigger in the database where the SMSs are stored. But question would be is why you need to look at 75000 historical SMSs?
