Firmware [Tweak]

Is it possible to disable the apple logo at boot, so that booting messages will be displayed???And if so how do you reenable it????any help would be great.......

you cant remove the logo, best option is verbose mode!
use terminal vt-100 (get this from installer)
open it up and type:

nvram boot-args="-v"

then press return

reboot and check!

to go back to just the apple, enter terminal vt-100 and type:

nvram boot-args=

Works for me on 1.1.2

So, this isnt removing the logo?
But it is showing the "booting messages?"

no this doesnt remove the logo the logo still pops up but then goes to booting messages then to springboardDont worry if u see errors at end of boot messages...i can confrim that this works for sure if u type it in correctly...

no it doesnt mess anything else up.

Its impossible to completely remove the apple logo from boot, but now it only shows for a second or 2

I would rather see the elegant apple logo then booting messages...
Maybe it's just an inside opinion.
