SSH Password

So, I installed the sshkit but I used the auto version: http://modmyi.com/forums/downloads.php?do=file&id=337
and when it finished the install it gave me a default password. how would I go about changing that password?

go to this site and it will be around the middle of the page but im a mac user(macs so much better than pc's) so im not sure if it will work for windows
