How to show Numeric Battery and GSM signal on 2.0 firmware

SSH to /Applications/Preferences.app (backup existing General.plist, just rename to Genaral.plist.backup)
put this editted General.plist and your done

this hack only for 2.0 firmware !

Awesome Thanks! You can hide the numbers by tapping the battery like in the old firmwares right?

you tap on the battery icon and it switches to showing you the percentage of battery left. Same for cell strength

They both display your battery power and signal as a percentage rather than an icon.
